Or add to your favorite hot or cold beverage, and you're good to go.

Because one size does not fit all, we recommend starting with a small amount (see recommendations on the bottle or in our shop) and slowly increasing the dosage to what feels right to you. There is an optimum dosage for everyone. The key is to find yours.
